Executive Board Auditorium Merck
With its multiple ‘kinked’ ceiling, the Executive Board auditorium was given a particularly appealing architectural design. However, it quickly became clear that this very roof structure would also cause considerable reverberation in the room. SONUS GmbH from Baden-Baden was therefore commissioned to create an overall acoustic concept.

A house painter on the board.
With an excellent result report.
The house painter installed the DEKOZELL SYSTEM FLEXOPANEL as a full-surface sound absorber. A first-time installer who we guided through the project step by step via our telephone support. The inside corners were pre-modelled with strips of 9.5 mm plasterboard. This brought a very high level of processing reliability to the project. The resulting triangular and trapezoidal sections were then filled with FLEXOPANEL as a sound absorber and the entire surface was seamlessly and smoothly covered with DEKOZELL ACOUSTIC SPACER. The special LED lamps act as additional sound absorbers.
